I can't rate Peter Saunderson enough. It's hard to find a real estate agent that you feel is working on your side-Peter is that one in a million! He was excellent at keeping me informed - even when I made it difficult by being overseas during the negotiation phase of my sale. He worked smart to get the best price for my unit and I am more than happy to recommend him to family and friends - in fact my dad and good friend have since used him to sell their properties as well. His knowledge of the Newcastle market and his ability to attract genuine buyers to my property mean't I had 2 offers exceeding my asking price within a week of the open house - you can't ask for more!
